My own introduction to osteopathy was back in the mid 90s.
A serious back injury had left me with chronic pain and
immobility for several years. It was osteopathy that
enabled me to function properly again. I am therefore, very
aware of the debilitating effects of acute and chronic
pain. I am equally aware of how osteopathy can do amazing
things to significantly improve quality of life.
It was this experience that prompted me to undergo the 4
years intensive training to become an osteopath myself. I
graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2004 and
I regularly update my skills and knowledge base with
postgraduate training. Now, one of my greatest pleasures in
my new career is witnessing the change in people as they
overcome their own pain symptoms.
Osteopathy is a dynamic therapy. During a course of
treatment, the body changes and adapts as the problem areas
unwind themselves until a stable point is reached and the
pain is diminished. The human body is an incredible piece
of machinery with a remarkable ability to heal itself. It
just needs a helping hand from time to time!

The demands of modern life challenge the body to cope
with things it wasn’t designed to do and therefore its
no wonder so many of us suffer pain at some point.
Following a course of treatment I encourage people to
come back, from time to time, for ‘top up’ treatments.
This will help to prevent a painful and disruptive
episode from returning.
My clinic in Redhill is run on a part time basis as I
enjoy my involvement in busy osteopathic practices in
both Ashtead and Covent Garden. This does inevitably,
put limitations on my availability in Redhill, so I try
to offer flexibility with client appointments where
possible. If you require an appointment outside the
listed times, then please do give me a call or leave a
message as I may be able to arrange something.
I look forward to meeting you.
